DUE TO THIS, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL OUR EVENT AND RESCHEDULE AT ANOTHER TIME WHEN THERE AREN'T SO MANY OTHER EVENTS GOING ON. WE ARE SORRY IF THIS INCONVENIENCES ANYONE. The Tater Valley Pedal Masher is a fully supported ride with SAG patrol, rest stops and a post ride meal (included in the price of the ride)

$45 day of registration (t-shirt not guaranteed for "day of" registration)

Schedule:
7:00 a.m. Registration, waiver signing and packet pick-up
8:00 a.m. 100 and 62 mile option start
8:15 a.m. 25 mile option start
5:00 p.m. All riders return
Pre-ride technical support for the Tater Valley Pedal Masher riders will be provided at Mast General Store on Gay Street in Knoxville on Friday, September 5 from 7:30-9:30.

From interstate 40 (Knoxville, TN)
Take exit 392 Hwy 11W Rutledge Pik. Go North on Hwy 11W approximately 14.1 miles to the small city of Blaine. Turn left on Hwy West 61 (if you go to road narrowing to two lane, you have passed 61). Travel on 61 for 6 miles through small town of Luttrell. 61 bears left -YOU DO NOT BEAR LEFT, go straight now traveling on Hwy 131. Continue North on Hwy 131 for 10.4 miles. Washburn High School is on the right after you have passed a stone church, store, bank and post office.
From Morristown, TN :
Take Hwy 25E North toward Middlesboro, KY - travel approximately 32 miles crossing Clinch Mountain. After crossing Clinch Mountain, you will turn left onto Hwy 131 (if you corss the river you have gone to far). You will travel approximatley 11 miles on Hwy 131. Washburn High School is on the left.
From Powell, TN:
From exit 112, Emory Road. Take 131 (Emory Road) east several miles (toward Halls) to Tazwell Pike (traffic light). Turn left on to Tazwell Pike. Go North on Tazwell Pike until you reach Lutrell (road ends). Turn left, following Highway 131N for approximately 10 miles to Washburn. The school is on the right on Highway 131.
Ride Requirements:
All riders must sign a waiver and wear an ANSI or SNELL approved helemt. Helmets will NOT be provided. All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All riders must obey all traffic laws. This is an open course so please watch traffic.
